Our Projects

We orchestrate biannual community outreach initiatives within the Tipton County Community, wherein families are afforded the opportunity to procure essential clothing items at no cost. These outreach events are strategically aligned with seasonal considerations, ensuring that families obtain clothing suitable for the prevailing weather conditions. Any surplus clothing resulting from these events is subsequently directed towards charitable contributions, with donations being extended to shelters, safe-houses, and other non-profit organizations that can benefit from our services.

M.A.N Shop!

Meet a Need future initiative is a forthcoming philanthropic venture aimed at establishing a dignified clothing distribution center known as M.A.N Shop! The facility is designed to extend assistance to families grappling with financial hardships, providing them with the opportunity to selectively procure clothing as per their needs. Scheduled appointments for in-store visits or requests for doorstep deliveries can be facilitated by eligible families.

Looking forward, M.A.N Shop! aspires to evolve beyond its core mission of providing clothing, seeking strategic collaborations with entities such as food banks, financial advisors, counselors, and other service providers. Through these partnerships, our overarching goal is to contribute holistically to the well-being of impoverished communities by addressing multifaceted needs.

In addition to our commitment to providing essential resources to underserved communities, Meet a Need is dedicated to addressing textile waste as an integral aspect of our initiatives. Acknowledging the potential influx of clothing donations, we have established partnerships with a textile recycling company and other non-profits to ensure no clothes are wasted. Through these collaborations, we seamlessly dispatch clothing items for recycling, contributing to the production of new garments, rags, and various upcycled products. This strategic alliance not only aids in supporting families in need but also aligns with our broader mission of sustainable practices, fostering a positive impact on our environment.
